How the platform, the infrastructure and our team work together.
Yes. Connect your Hetzner account and keep your infrastructure under your control. You retain ownership of your data. Hetzner bills you directly for infrastructure; myStack charges separately for its management services. Your infrastructure remains in your account if you stop using myStack. Yes. myStack brings Hetzner Cloud virtual machines and Hetzner Robot dedicated servers into one control plane, with networking features including subnets, security groups, and client VPN. See the server documentation.
myStack provides tools to provision, configure, monitor, and manage your infrastructure services. Your team remains responsible for workloads, application and network security, user permissions, and compliance. Hetzner provides the underlying infrastructure. The customer agreement explains these responsibilities.
Supported database services provide backup schedules and retention settings. Restoring a database creates a new cluster. You remain responsible for configuring backups, choosing retention and destinations, and planning disaster recovery. See the backup documentation and restore guide.
Business email support targets an initial response within 24 hours during business days; resolution times are not guaranteed. The 99.9% monthly availability commitment covers the myStack control plane and has maintenance and other exclusions. Infrastructure emergencies go to your infrastructure provider.
